Vestura is a birth control pill with a low estrogen dose and a progestin called drospirenone which may be good for acne and mood problems. It has a slightly higher risk of blood clots than other combined pills. It comes in a packet of 28 tablets which includes 24 active pills and 4 placebo pills to induce a withdrawal bleed.
