I gained 30 pounds after starting this birth control. Could not figure out what was going on with my body until I found a reddit thread where other people were experiencing the same.

It does what it needs to do, pregnancy prevention. Intense emotional fluctuations following the “usual” postpartum journey is definitely a downside

I've experienced less pain around my uterus and ovaries, cysts are reduced, my breast are slightly enlarged and tender, my bones (especially hip, knee, and ankle joints) ache and hurt occasionally, mysex drive seems to have increased (I still find my partner very attractive just as before, which based on experiences I've seen others go through was a potential risk).
