Larin Fe 1/20 birth control pills contain a low dose of estrogen alongside an androgenic progestin. It's a safe place to start with birth control due to a low blood clot risk but the low oestrogen may mean some spotting. It comes in packs of 28 tablets with 21 yellow pills containing hormones and the remaining 7 brown placebo pills containing a boost of iron. You will usually have a bleed when taking the brown pills in the 4th row.
