Errin contains a progestin only which means it's safe for most users, however, the downsides include more irregular bleeding, acne and it needs to be taken within 3 hours of the same time every day.

Errin birth control pill  

It has improved my period pain a lot but it’s made me extremely irritable and moody and depressed and I’ve been experiencing frequent headaches for 2 months. I am planning to switch off of it for the sake of my mental health.
