Does dianette pill cause nausea or vomiting?

Helped my oily cystic acne skin a LOT already and only been using for 2 months. Already feel less like a greasy chip pan. However during pill free week I’ve been getting horrendous uterine aching and cramping, feels so sore. Hoping it’ll settle

Went on this for 6 weeks total - first 2-3 weeks okay, then developed very painful cystic acne along chin and jaw. Felt extremely tired every day and had trouble doing normal tasks, plus strange, tingly sensations in legs. Also felt very teary and depressed to the point of suicidal ideation. I know the pill effects everyone differently but I would be extremely wary of going on this without proper awareness of the risks and amount of changes it could potentially cause.

My doctor has prescribed this to me twice over the last couple years. The first time I came off due to large amount of weight gain. The second time I thought I would try and put my weight gain into perspective if the pill were to improve my skin. Since taking dianette my acne has been more controlled but I wouldn’t say I have perfect clear skin. My moods are low and I feel I am carrying an extra 5-10 pounds of water. I eat well and I’m very active so for me the extra weight is really frustrating. I’m coming off this pill this week and will be trying yasmin instead.
