Vaginal ring
This contraception is the best I have tried. I have been on the pill and patches before trying the ring and I would never go back now! For someone who is quite forgetful this is the best solution, it is as simple as putting in a non applicator tampon, it stays there for 3 weeks, your partner will feel it during intercourse but I haven’t had any complaints! The periods are much lighter and you can use them back to back for holidays etc which is great! I genuinely have had NO negative side affects and I rave about this contraception to anyone I meet, it isn’t offered to you usually at the doctors but please ask for it, it’s called Nuvaring and I promise you it is one of the best in my opinion!
