I loved this mostly, me period was light and regular and I didn't get the awful cramps I usually do. Also you don't need to think about it often which is great. I didn't notice any side effects at all. I had a few issues with it slipping out of place but mostly that was practice makes perfect. Had to stop using this because it completely killed my sex drive.
