Sayana Press injection
This has worked well for me. I did make a dietary change before having the Sanya press injection due to weight gain being documented. There absolutely no change to me what so ever and my periods are lighter (I had some serious issues with this before using this injection) I believe I would have put on weight if I hadn’t adapted my diet before hand as I’ve stayed my steady weight but overall it’s a plus from me 😁
