So far my experience has been good although I have not been on it long. I have cramping like I'm about to have my period but no period however the cramping is very mild compared to cramping on my period. I have never had thrush before bit not long after getting the implant I did get it which I did not know contraceptives could increase chances of thrush or what not, not a pleasant experience however barring that the implant has been very good. I've previously been on 2 other birth controls both very good in how my body reacted, unfortunately a few years later I developed a reaction to one and the other was only taken until I could get the implant fitted
