Microgynon 30 pill - Combined Pill
I was on the pill from 16 - 26 and thought it worked well for me. After speaking to a friend I decided to take a break and almost instantly noticed a huge increase in my energy levels and lift in mood. In hindsight the pill was causing excessive daytime sleepiness (my friends used to call me sleeping beauty!!) brain fog and low mood. I’m now using natural cycles and feel like I have my zest for life back.
