I have been on this pill since I was around 14 years old (I'm now 21). I never realised how badly it affected me. Looking back on being a teenager, I felt very depressed and unhappy which I think microgynon played a part of. Over the past few years, I have realised that I don't have much of a sex drive. Over the past month or two, my sex drive has almost disappeared. I am in a stable and long-term relationship, however I have never once been able to orgasm - I obviously really want to but I just can't! I either get really close, and then it just doesn't happen, or I become way too sensitive that any vaginal stimulation just feels really uncomfortable and not enjoyable anymore. I would recommend microgynon in terms of sorting the regularly/flow of your period, however I would not recommend it if you are predisposed to poor mental health issues and you don't want it to have a massively negative effect on your sex drive.
