Loestrin 20 pill
Sold to me as a low oestrogen pill that would mean less chance of side effects. Found it horrendous; I’d get migraines that I couldn’t shift, waking up in the early hours disoriented and panicky, and really horrible nausea. I had to visit A&E after my heart rate just wouldn’t come down below 150 bpm. It could have only been the pill. I was told this pill would be highly unlikely to give me side effects but it did! GP wouldn’t accept that I couldn’t tolerate oestrogen and pushed this pill on me. Wish I’d listened to my body!
