I love that my periods have stopped and it is a great option if you're looking for an effective contraception with limited side effects. However, in my case since starting it I have been growing a lot of facial hair - mostly under the chin and my upper lip. It's a bit of a pain to maintain and has become an insecurity if mine. So, for this reason alone I'm not going to continue with it once I get it removed this year. My other big gripe is that the insertion process was very painful for me - I'm shocked that analgesia still isn't the norm as it certainly doesn't need to be that painful.
