Being on the patch was a complete different experience to the pill I was on Rigevidon- the pill made me depressed but when I was on the patch it's the best I'd felt in years. Sadly I had to stop using the patch due to it making my skin irritated, but other than that I had no negative side effects. I highly reccomend to anyone to try but I will say if you have sensitive skin like me you may find the skin sore after use due to the adhesive.

I stopped the patch but was put on the pill pretty much straight away so it's hard to notice the after effects as they merge into the effects of starting the pill.
