Pros: Very easy to use, easy to remember to change once you're in a routine (great for shift workers, as you only have to change it once a week and don't have to worry too much about timing), totally stopped my cramps/period pain, periods are now like clockwork, personally had a stable mood throughout. Cons: Can come off if you catch it by accident, mine don't seem to like to stay on in hot tubs (fine in shower/bath) so have to keep an eye on it sometimes, does look a bit unsightly or strange to other people if that's something that would bother you.
